The 2012 Australian Master of the Amateurs Championship was played on the West Course of the Royal Melborne Golf Club.
The 2013 Australian Master of the Amateurs will be played on the West Course of the Royal Melbourne Golf Club, in January 2013.
Now going into its16th successful year, and ranked number one in Australia, the Australian Master of the Amateurs 72-hole Championship is considered by many of the worlds leading professional and amateur golfers to be the finest Amateur Golf Championship in the world.
Amateurs from around the world will go stroke for stroke against each other in the 2013 Australian Master of the Amateurs 72-hole stroke amateur golf championship, currently being played at the Internationally recognised Royal Melbourne Golf Club on Melbourne's legendary sandbelt.
The 2013 Australian Master of the Amateurs Green Jacket Champion will receive an exemption into the 2013 Amateur Championship UK, Porter Cup USA, The Players Amateur USA, The Dogwood Invitational USA, and the Canadian Mens Amateur Championship CAN.
The Amateur golfers participate in the Australian Master of the Amateurs SRIXON AM-PRO Invitational with the Professional golfers, on the Monday of the Championship week. The Championship play then commences on the Tuesday.
