AUSTRALIAN MASTER OF THE AMATEURS CHAMPIONSHIP

THE NUMBER ONE AUSTRALIAN OFFICIAL WORLD AMATEUR GOLF EVENT
The Australian Master of the Amateurs Championship, a Category A Official World Amateur Golf Ranking Counting Event, the highest ranked event in Australia, is currently ranked at 17 on the R&A World Rankings. This championship is ranked by the R&A as the number one Australian Amateur Golf Event.

The Australian Master of the Amateurs Championship is a 72-Hole Stroke event for amateur golfers with a handicap not exceeding 3.4. Entry into this championship is by qualifying in the Australian Qualifying Round, or through the Player Entry Exemption Categories. The Australian Master of the Amateurs Australian Qualifying Round will be played on Monday 16th August 2010, at The Royal Melbourne Golf Club. Terms & Conditions and the Entry Form for the Australian Qualifying Round will be released on this web site shortly.

The 2010 Master of the Amateurs was proud to welcome four of the top ten world ranked amateur golfers as ranked by the R&A, to the 2010 Master of the Amateurs Championship:

The 2011 Australian Master of the Amateurs Championship will be played at The Royal Melbourne Golf Club Tuesday 11th January - Friday 14th January.
